Favorite spot in Primrose Hill

Ask anyone in London and they’ll tell you that they have a secret place they love visiting, if only just to relax and get away from the rat race in the city. My secret place is at the top of Primrose Hill just off the North West of London.
What I’d normally do on a Sunday is shop around Camden, then when the day wears on, I’d take a hike up the hill. It’s not really that high, perhaps just a little less than 300 feet but the beauty of the scenery is unmistakable. Not many actually knew about the view here but from time to time, I’d bring along some friends and we’d have a great picnic under the sun.
The atmosphere on top of Primrose Hill is wonderful. It’s not too quiet and neither is it too crowded. Families and couples alike are taking strolls, playing rounders, cycling, walking their dogs and just plain relaxing.
When life gets too hectic for you, it pays to take a break and relax in your favorite sanctuary. Mine’s at Primrose Hill, where’s yours?
